Access to and the use of this website and the products are subject to the following terms & conditions and any notices. By using this website you are agreeing to all these terms & conditions and any notices. Therefore, you acknowledge that the Terms & Conditions may be updated by us from time to time.

Special Offers
In the event of any item returned for a refund, which relates to a product purchased within a special offer where a free gift is given away the free gift must also be returned otherwise the gift will be charged at the regular retail price.

The free gift must also be returned for an item to be exchanged if the value of the exchange item is lower than the original product purchased.

Delivery Charges
Our delivery charges are as follows:

Orders over £25 qualify for free delivery to a UK address. Order under £25 with a UK address will be charged a £5.00 delivery charge.

If a parcel is sent out and for whatever reason the parcel is not received by yourself or collected from the delivery company after they have left a card at the delivery address. You may incur the return costs back to us.

Offer Codes
Free delivery and any other offer codes are non-transferable and may not be used in conjunction with any other offer.


Our van floor mats and van seat covers are manufactured using high quality automotive carpet, rubber and fabric. Great care is taken by our skilled machinists to ensure each product is made correctly. The workmanship is checked throughout the manufacturing process and a final quality check takes place before the item is packed.

Unfortunately we cannot deal with returns after 60days unless there is a manufacturing fault.

We will accept returns if you have ordered a non- customised product e.g. a set of black van mats with a black trim. Items with embroidery or a coloured trim will not be accepted. All returns must be unused.

Returns of non-customised items.

Contact the customer service team to inform them of your return, please have your order number ready.

Non-customised items are the default options set on our website, e.g Black Carpet with a Black Trim

Return the item to us, you will need to pay the return postage. Please package the mats in the same way as you received them, e.g DO NOT fold the van mats unless you received them folded, if you fold the van mats we will not be able to refund you. Send the item/s back in their original condition and packaging (including all the attached stickers) to the stated address below. We also advise you to return goods using recorded delivery as we cannot be held responsible for any goods lost in transit. Include your order number, name, contact details, the make, model and year of your vehicle and the reasons for the return.

You will be refunded the amount of the item minus a £5.00 postage and packaging fee.

If you want to exchange the item for a different model or year you will be charge a 25% handling fee plus £5.00 for the new item to be shipped. You will also have to return your original item and pay for the return postage.

Return of customised Van Mats or Van Seat Covers (items with Embroidery or coloured trim)

These are orders that have been specially made for you and cannot be returned or refunded unless there is a manufacturing fault. You will also not be able to exchange the item if you have ordered for the wrong car make/ model or year. Made to order products are not covered by the Distance Selling Regulations (DSR).

Customised items include those with embroidery and or a coloured or patterned trim. Distance Selling Regulations (DSR) do not apply to personalised/customised goods.

Allow 21 days for refunds to be made to your debit/credit card or paypal account after we acknowledge receipt of the goods you have returned to us. Please note: We will need a photo of any issues to refund.

From abroad, we recommend you send us an email and we will respond as soon as possible.

All major credit & debit cards are accepted excluding American Express. All card details are checked by a third party and goods are dispatched once we have full authorisation.

Once you have ordered on-line and have had confirmation of order please bear in mind that if the payment is not fully successful your order will be cancelled and the money refunded.
The reason why an order may be cancelled even though Van Mats UK has sent an order confirmation is that, for example, there is a discrepancy between the address you gave us and the address attached to your credit card

All orders for products are subject to availability, if for any reason a particular item is sold out, your credit card will be refunded for the full price of all the items which are sold out. If the product is out of stock but can be shipped to you within 2 weeks, the order will be dispatched as normal. Please note that your order may be shipped in 2 separate deliveries because of one item being temporarily out of stock.
If the outstanding products ultimately end up not being available for any reasons, please note that we will inform you within a week and offer possible alternative products.

Missing Items

Missing items must be notified within 24hrs of receiving the order in order for any action to be taken.
We have a right to refuse any order if an issue of misrepresentation occurs. This includes a mistake in price or the description of any goods.
Variation of Content
The colour quality may differ from each individual colour setting of your screen which means there may be a slight variation. Utmost effort has been taken to ensure that the descriptions and colours are accurate as possible. Therefore, Van Mats UK may amend or remove and content without notice to ensure accuracy.
